Return and Refund Policy
1. Returns
ELAPL.com.au accepts returns only for items found to be defective upon receipt by the customer. No returns will be accepted for any other reason.
2. Procedure for Returns
(a) Notification:
Customers must notify ELAPL.com.au in writing within seven (7) days of receipt (date of invoice) of any defective items.
(b) Return Authorisation:
Upon notification, ELAPL.com.au will provide a return authorisation (RA) number.
(c) Return Shipment:
Defective items must be returned to ELAPL.com.au via Australia Post, using the provided RA number.
(d) Condition of Return:
All returned items must be in their original packaging and in unused condition.
3. Refunds
(a) Defective Items:
Upon receipt and inspection of returned items, ELAPL.com.au will assess the condition and issue a refund if the item is confirmed to be defective.
(b) Refund Process:
Refunds will be processed within [number] days of receipt of the returned item. The refund will be issued using the original payment method.
4. Non-Returnable Items
Special orders are non-returnable and cannot be refunded after acceptance by ELAPL.com.au.
