Returns & Exchanges

Electric Life only accepts returns for items found to be defective upon receipt by the customer. No returns will be accepted for any other reason.Electric Life offers exchanges for Change of Mind within 30 days for un-opened and un-used products. The customer will be expected to cover the return postage cost and pay the cost difference for the item exchange.
We do not accept change of mind returns. 

Return and Refund Policy
  1.  Returns
    Electric Life accepts returns only for items found to be defective upon receipt by the customer. No returns will be accepted for any other reason.

  2. Procedure for Returns
    (a) Notification by email:
    Customers must notify Electric Life in writing within seven (7) days of receipt (date of invoice) of any defective items.

    (b) Return Authorisation:
    Upon notification, Electric Life will provide a return authorisation (RA) number.

    (c) Return Shipment:
    Defective items must be returned to Electric Life via Australia Post, using the provided RA number.

    (d) Condition of Return:
    All returned items must be in their original packaging and in unused condition.

  3. Refunds
    (a) Defective Items:
    Upon receipt and inspection of returned items, Electric Life will assess the condition and issue a refund if the item is confirmed to be defective.

    (b) Refund Process:
    Refunds will be processed within seven (7) business days of receipt of the returned item. The refund will be issued using the original payment method.

  4. Non Returnable Items
    Special orders are non-returnable and cannot be refunded after acceptance by Electric Life.
